Draft Maps for the Natural Recourses Inventory (NRI) of the to be updated Comprehensive
Plan. The updating of the plan is an active project that will take until mid 2024 to complete.

The Town of Austerlitz has begun a process to review and update the town’s Comprehensive Plan, created in 2004. Phase 1 of the project was an initial analysis by a hired consultant of the Comprehensive Plan and to suggest a way forward. On July 14, 2022, the Town Board approved a proposal by Nan Stolzenburg, the hired consultant, to lead the completion of the project which will be done in several phases over the next approximate 18 months, i.e. planned to be through Spring, 2024.
