The applicant proposes to divide 2 lots off of an existing 10.324-acre parcel with Lot 1 proposed at 4.371 acres and Lot 2 proposed at 5.953 acres. Proposed Lot 1 is improved by an existing residence and proposed Lot 2 is currently unimproved. The subject property is located in the Austerlitz-Hamlet (A-HM) zoning district. The Public Hearing on the application will be held on June 2, 2022, at 7:15 pm for the purpose of providing an opportunity for all those wishing to comment on this application.
