PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Austerlitz will hold a Public Hearing on a minor subdivision application for property located on the south side of Pierson Road and north side of Ten Broek Road in the Town of Austerlitz (Tax Map #67.0-1-28.111) owned by Kipper Farm, LLLP. The applicant proposes to divide 2 lots off of an existing 49.55-acre parcel with lot 1 proposed at 19.54 acres and lot 2 proposed at 30.01 acres in size. No improvements or changes in use are proposed for either lot. The subject property is located in the rural residential zoning district. The Public Hearing on the application will be held on July 7, 2022 at 7:00 pm for the purpose of providing an opportunity for all those wishing to comment on this application. Written comments will also be accepted at the hearing or prior to the hearing via email to the Town Clerk.
